At EzyLern, we believe in transparency and fairness.
This is the policy for learners, partners, and stakeholders who wish to request cancellations or refunds.
Our aim is to ensure clarity, earn your trust, and have everything run smoothly for you and everyone who visits our platform.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for all EzyLern products. It is intended to clarify the rights and obligations of both learners and partners and allow them to make informed decisions.
Scope of Refund
This policy is applicable to all EzyLern courses, certifications and partnerships. This includes online programs, blended learning and partnerships with institutions.
Course Cancellation
Since all our courses are in digital video format and made available for lifetime access immediately upon payment, we do not support course cancellation after purchase is completed.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of payment. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Payment made but course access not granted within 24 hours and the support team is unable to resolve the issue.
Wrong course enrollment reported within 24 hours of purchase.
If a student is not satisfied and has not accessed more than half of the course material, they may request a refund.
No Refund For
Refunds will not be given in the following cases:
Course largely completed: You are not eligible for a refund if you have already accessed or completed more than 50% of the course materials.
Requests after 24 hours of purchase: No refund requests will be accepted once 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to teaching style, content delivery, or personal expectations not being met within 24 hours.
