EzyLern – Terms & Conditions
When you use EzyLern, you consent to the collection of information as set forth below.
Data collected by EzyLern is used to improve our services, personalize each individual learning experience, complete transactions, and provide security for the platform.
EzyLern is dedicated to the responsible handling of your personal data in compliance with applicable Data Protection and Privacy Laws.
1. Terms for Students
1.1 Account Registration & Eligibility
You’ll need to sign up to access courses. By signing up, you confirm that you have the required consent from a parent or guardian if you are underage according to the law of your country. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.
1.2 Access & Use of Course
EzyLern provides learners with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access course content strictly for educational purposes. All purchased courses include lifetime access. Learners must not copy, distribute, share, or resell course materials without prior written consent.
1.3 Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Course prices listed on EzyLern are subject to change. All courses are offered as one-time purchases. In eligible cases, refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted after substantial completion of a course or once a certificate has been issued.
1.4 Learner Conduct and Platform Rules
Learners are expected to maintain respectful behavior on the platform at all times. Harassment, plagiarism, content theft, unauthorized account sharing, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. EzyLern reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
1.5 Certificates & Disclaimer
Upon successful completion of a course, participants will receive a certificate for professional use. While EzyLern strives to deliver quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or career growth.
2. Terms for Instructors
2.1 Instructor Eligibility & Approval
Instructors must meet EzyLern’s verification and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, reject, or remove any instructor. All information provided must be accurate and up to date, and instructors must possess sufficient expertise in the subject areas they teach.
2.2 Content Ownership & Licensing
Instructors retain ownership of their content. By publishing content on EzyLern, instructors grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and promote the content, including previews and descriptions, across all EzyLern platform channels.
2.3 Revenue Sharing & Payments
Instructor earnings are governed by EzyLern’s revenue-sharing model. Payments are made according to the applicable payout schedule and minimum threshold requirements. EzyLern may deduct amounts related to refunds, chargebacks, or applicable taxes. Upon approval as an instructor, all payment terms will be clearly communicated.
2.4 Content Standards & Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors must ensure that all content is original, lawful, accurate, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Content must adhere to EzyLern’s quality standards and maintain a professional tone. We reserve the right to request updates or remove content that fails to meet these standards in order to protect the integrity of the platform.
2.5 Course Removal & Account Termination
EzyLern may suspend or remove courses or instructor accounts in the event of policy or quality violations. Instructors may request course removal, subject to student access obligations and lifetime access commitments. Upon account termination, vested student interests will be given priority.
3. Terms and Conditions for Partners
3.1 Extent of Cooperation
Business partners of EzyLern may participate in corporate training, marketing collaborations, affiliate programs, service integrations, and other initiatives. The specific scope, rights, and obligations of each partnership will be defined in a separate written agreement. Partnerships are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Intellectual Property and Brand Usage
All intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, owned by either party shall remain the property of that party. EzyLern may grant a limited license to use its logos or branding strictly for partnership purposes. Any unauthorized, misleading, or confusing use of brand assets, trademarks, or course materials is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Confidentiality and Data Protection
Business partners must maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Any access to EzyLern user data must be lawful, secure, and limited solely to the purposes of the partnership. Unauthorized data sharing or misuse will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
3.5 Termination and Dispute Resolution
Either party may terminate the partnership by providing written notice of termination specifying the agreed notice period, or immediately in the event of a material breach. Any disputes arising from the partnership shall be resolved through negotiation or as otherwise provided in the partnership agreement. The partnership relationship shall be governed by applicable law.
